DON'T TRUST INTEC - Refunds... you won't get...

Intec.... Hmmfff... Look these fellows will play "ping pong" - as for refunds, you wont get it... You will receive feedback / replies, using the words such as escalated, receiving atttention, forwarded to our accounts department. Simply don't trust them, 'passing the buck', seems to be the name of the game. They will tell you, ok 90 days, and you will receive your refund... LOL... you won't - Now, for the COVID 19... They will use the virus as an excuse, eventhough in my case the 90 days, was long up, before the COVID 19 came about....... Here's a list of people, this their names... they will give an excuse then refer you to another... Now, my emails has to to whole bunch... replies none...
