DON'T STUDY BY INTEC!!!

I registered with Intec College in February of 2024 for the Personal Assistant Diploma, and the application was finalized in March of 2024 where I then received all my information to log onto the student portal and start studying. My student advisor was very helpful and assisted me whenever I needed help. In the month of June 2024 I asked her if I could get the rest of my study materials seeing as I saw a part of it was missing, so that I can complete it in time when it must be submitted (4th of August 2024) She informed me that she unfortunately resigned due to not being paid her salary for the past 3 months. She couldn't assist me. She gave me the student services helpline and I spoke to a representative who took my address and information so that the rest of my study materials can be delivered via courier. A few weeks went by and I didn't receive anything. I phoned and emailed multiple times, to no avail. This caused me so much stress, I am a working individual and sought a reliable institution to study online while working, which by thus far was undeniably a mistake. I then decided I will not be continuing with Intec College and phoned and emailed again numerous times till I FINALLY was able to get a deregistration form. I filled in the form and attached all necessary documents required and sent it to the individuals that provided the deregistration form. It has been more than a week currently and I have yet not received any feedback. I forwarded the email and documents to numerous individuals and no one has assisted me. As of now they are still taking money from me via monthly debit order, even though I have asked to cancel. I cannot even cancel the debit order seeing as they have to authorize it which I can't even get through to the accounts or student services department. I have been on a waiting list for 2 hours. I cannot stop my account without them authorizing it, otherwise my credit score will be ruined.

I am truly and utterly disappointed, at this point I do not even want a refund. I just want to escape from this College as soon as possible.
