Don't register at Intec college

If I could give intec 0 stars I would have. Extremely poor service. I woild not recommend any student or potential student to register at Intec.

I registered as a student very early in jan 2020 but by end of Jan I was still in the dark as to what textbooks I needed because they have me mixed answers and was extremely timely, also I still did not have access to my student portal af numerous emails without a single reply.

So i decided to cancel my Registration and take my studies elsewhere, I was informed that my refund will take 4 weeks after cancellation papers have been submitted. It is now nearly 4 months later and i have again sent a bunch of mails with very very little response and always te same answer "we will escalate your inquiry to the cancellation department" A couple of days ago I was informed that they cannot process my refund due to the lockdown. Once again I must wait. If they did their job in the first place It would have been resolved a long time ago. Shame on you Intec, and shame to your poor service.
