Don't use Intec they are a ****

To whom it may concern<br> <br> In January 2015 I registered to study for 2015 with Intec, I didn't get my books for 4 months so I called again and again with no exact answer so I cancelled my registration. August 2015 I call again to see where the money is and I get told it will take 3 months longer , almost 4 months later in January 2016 and I call again and we get the head of finance telling us another 3 months! My husband and I are in Australia and it is expensive and extremely annoying sitting on the phone at 11pm at night trying to sort this out, not only this but they tell me about R2000 of my money is being deducted for \admin\" when I haven't even had the opportunity to use the service.
