Don't answer calls, and don't return messages

<p>My wife payed in full on the 17th of March for a counselling course.</p> <p>To date we have still not heard anything or recieved anything.</p> <p>I have called and been on hold for ever, and then decided to leave a message as they say they will get back to you in 24 hours.</p> <p>It's been 72 hours and I'm still waiting.</p>
