Do not want to give me old exam papers!

Not only did Intec sent me an examination notification exactly one month before I must write my first exam but we had to cancel a paid weekend away that we had booked and paid for in March 2015 already. We had to cancel the paid weekend as I need to study now. We lost quite a lot of money because of this. I have been asking them since the 7th of May 2015 for old exam papers. Message after message with no reply. Today, 26 May 2015, I get a reply stating that they can't help me as the request for old exam papers has closed on the 4th of May 2015. I only got my Exam notification on the 5th of May 2015??? This is truly unacceptable!
