DO NOT USE INTEC!

Based on information from Intec college I registered my daughter for two matric subjects and paid in full only to find that the 2 subjects could not be written as her matric was through SACAI and not through the NSC. Despite this being clearly discussed and confirmed (I have all the emails) and acknowledged that the error was on their end they still have not refunded me. I am unable to contact anyone as the consultant does not answer the phone - the number that is given for Durban does not work (given by the call center) and the number for refunds in Cape Town does not get answered you are just permanently on hold.
