DO NOT STUDY WITH INTEC COLLEGE!!!!

This is my second report re. the same incident. I requested an originial Statement of Results from Intec college in November, after lodging a complaint on hellopeter. I received emails from Liezel Brooks on 27/11/2014 confirming if I was willing to pay courier costs we could resolve the matter as they would send it to me. I responded, requesting account details to make payment. THIS IS THE LAST EMAIL / COMMUNICATION I RECEIVED FROM THEM REGARDING THIS MATTER. IT IS NOW 2 MONTHS LATER, I HAVE SUBMITTED ANOTHER COMPLAINT TO THEM (VIA THEIR COMPLAINT RESOLUTION PROCESS) WITH NO RESULT. <br> Please, if you consider studying with Intec DO NOT DO IT!!!!! I foresee that my only option will be a legal recourse and that is to OBTAIN MY RESULTS. There has never been any issues with outstanding fees as both my courses were paid for upfront. Totally disgusted - please spare yourself the drama and enrol with a reputable institution!!!!! P.S. I do not even know who the academic head is, he/she has never bothered to respond. The college is run by call centre operators. I am going to look at lodging complaint at Dept of Education too.
