DO NOT STUDY AT INTEC!: FROM A REAL CURRENT STUDENT!

Very poor student experience through 3 years studying with Intec. I finished the Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, wrote the last exam in June 2018, got the results, called to confirm that i have passed everything and even received a statement of results in drips and drabs, but they clearly indicate that i passed everything.

Getting the final diploma, i have called more than 30 times, spending 30mins on the line each time to find out where the final diploma is. The first time the Lady Jacqueline, doubled checked all the results and submitted a request for the final diploma, since then i have heard many stories every time i call. even heard that the diploma is out for printing and i can expect it in a few days.

A month later i called to find out what may be going on, and the feedback is: they cannot issue the diploma because i failed 4 subjects, including Employment Law EF-45. Now, i did really well in this subject, passed the exam and assignments well and the year result is 83%, which is now a fail?? what is the INTEC pass mark? 99%?

So after calling for 3 months, over 30 times this final diploma is still not issued, there is a new story each time i call. i want my final diploma without any ****py stories or ******* that i failed any subjects, i obviously have the results after each exam is completed and assignment is submitted.

You are hindering my future studies, all the closing dates have passed, Intec still trying to figure out if 83% in 2016 is a pass or fail and i cannot apply for studies anywhere.

every time i call i hear the consultant say, "its the students responsibility to follow up on their diploma", how many times is a good number? 10, 20 30? maybe i have to call 40 times?

I would never advise anyone to study at Intec, take it from a real current student, that is really struggling to get out of this institution. Pathetic service.
