DISTRAUGHT PARENT

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! One cannot get through to any of the phone lines, I stayed on the line for over 30mins only hearing that "you are number one in the queue". Rumors has it that institution's staff are on strike due to non paid salaries. It is then that it made sense as to why phones are not being answered. Where does one begin to look for the right person to get answers? What about monies paid to the institution already? Someone has to take accountability! This really feels like a **** to say the least!
