Dissatisfied with service

I would just like to share my dissatisfaction with intec college. I was advised like all students that we will receive our exam results by the 3rd of February and i have waited till the date given but still havent received it, ever since then i have been calling the contact centre and received no help until i spoke to Kauthar Abrahams who assisted me promptly and made sure i received my exam marks while on the call with her and also she helped me by recieving my assignment marks as i waited so long as well for my assignments marks yet i submitted my assignments on the 31st of July 2020. Now as i keep calling for my combined results i receive no help, i keep getting told its in process. I am done with this course as it was a 2 year diploma and i need to apply to other colleges to further my studies but i cannot do so without my certificate for my diploma. I am tired of waiting as they do not care of how urgently i need my results. They seem to be only working on my stuff when i call in and why should that be. All my payments are up to date and i have never given them a problem but yet they are prolonging to provide we with my combined results which i feel is completely unfair.
