Dishonesty

I regesterd with Intec College last year and in January i sent them a mail statibg i want to cancel my regestration due to finances, no-one at the college apparently knew how the cancelaltion process works .I sent Leticia Swarts an email on 27 January 2017 stating i want to cancel my studies they played delaying tactis for 4 months and in April they respond saying the commitee reviewed my application to cancel my studies and it was not approved because i requested to cancel after end February when the email clearly states 27 January 2017 i responded and sent her the email i sent her in January they never responded back and are now sending me bills while the issue was unresolved so i would not advise anyone to regester with them for anything, They are *********** and dishonest rather go to damelin.
