Disgusting service

I am highly disappointed in this institution..I registered and paid for an Educare course in the beginning of March I received an email to access the student portal and was told my timetable for class and the exam timetable will be on the student portal however there is only 2020 and 2021 timetables on there when I call no one Answers when I send emails no on responds the student advisor assigned to me also does not respond. They are now refusing to give me a refund
