disgusted service

5 years ago I app**** for a course with Intec College ,however there was a delay with the books they send it the wrong post office I tried to get hold of them but I could not there after a lady phoned me to inform that the exams will start soon ,I informed her they must cancel everything as I did not receive my books, she said she will phone back,weeks after that some guy phoned me and said that they were unable to collect the debit I was upset and told him that I changed my banking details as they very eager to debit after the poor service they gave me and I did inform them that I want to cancel but no one got back to me, however last week my aunt gave me a Letter of Demand Debt Collection Division on Behalf Of Intec College, <br> Im really disgusted by the service that I have received from them and nerve to send me a letter of demand I never even attended one of they classes even after I informed them to cancel it,<br>
