Disgusted in this college. Poor service.

I was enrolled for the incorrect course. And received the incorrect study material. I paid a deposit and received statements which gets deducted monthly and that was not the amount to what was agreed to. I have emailed numerous times to cancel. And they just do not respond. What to do next?this is a terrible college. No one responds after you want to cancel. And then they just deducts money off every month.
