Disappointing Service

Poor, I am a student currently I do not get help via land line nor email. No one is helping. I need assistance with my studies and no one cares at all. Very disappointed in Intec College! Started my studies in 2020 till today I can't get help. And my company is on my case because it's been too long, even my manager sent an email to Intec about a refund but no response.
