Disappointed

We paid Intec in full for the year and since then we get absolutely no response to emails and they do not call back! I have sent several emails with regards to the exam registrations for September from not only my email address, but also from my daughters Intec email address, but Intec does not confirm receipt thereof or confirm she is in fact registered for the upcoming exams. The cut off date is fast approaching and I have done everything in my power to make sure she is writing the exams, Intec please read your emails and respond, you have been paid!
