Diploma Certificate

It has been more than 6 months since I wrote my exams for my Para legal Studies and I passed all the subjects for the course. I have been told that my exams are reflecting as incomplete on their system. Since I registered for this course I have been having one problem from another and now I have problem of getting my Diploma. I don't want anything from INTEC all that I want is my diploma and I think you guys should double check your system to see that I completed the course. It costs me to keep calling you enquiring on when my diploma will be sent to me. I paid the full amount of this course and ii think it is ***** for being ureliable for me not to get my Diploma Certificate. The only excuse that I keep hearing is that some of my subjects are not reflecting on your system and I think that is not good enough. Please be so kind and give me my diploma
