different resul

I have recieved two results for one module how possible is that firstly they send my result via email and then another result via sms but they are not the same I am wondering which one is correct what ****es me off is that I have requested my script until now I have not received it I called them but they told me that the can't transfer me to exams department they will send an email but still no one is coming back to me and worse part is that instead of replying to my query they are busy sending emails telling me that I must send the trial balance to them and that query is long overdue it was 2015 october for God sake when I requested help they just respond now in february 2016 instead of responding to my query about my results can someone help me this is a ******* I wasted so much money
