Despondent student in search of answers

After enrolling with INTEC in 2016, I had trouble getting answers from lecturers to help with certain assignments. When you finally get to speak with a lecturer, they are rude and their response is "the answer is in the textbook" (personally I have 6 textbooks on average per subject, so in which textbook do you recommend I have a look?)

In September 2020 I had to submit 15 to 20 assignments for the 3rd time because "they have not received it", although I received confirmation for every assignment received. I rewrote 2 subjects in November 2020 for the 5the time because of irregularities they claim have never happened, eventhough I have proof and sent it to them numerous time. Upon asking for remarks they always have a silly excuse as to why I do not qualify to have my paper remarked.

About 2 weeks ago I followed up about my results as I still havent received them (they were supposed to be released in early February 2021). 9 of my assignments submitted in September have not been marked yet, and the marks of those that have been marked are not available yet. As for my exam results, they are not yet captured on the system.

This is preventing me from continuing my studies and from pursuing my career. I am despondent and need to remind myself constantly that this too shall pass.

People tell me "you cant fight the system" to which I reply "in this case, you cant fight something that does not exist" The student support is bad, but after paying your account in full, the support falls away completely.
