Delay to pick up assignment

I submitted my assignment on the 12th March 2018 and it arrive at the post office by speed services on the 14th March 2018 and I keep calling the college till now the 7th of MAY 2018 the assignment is still at the post office and when I call the student services they keep telling me "we will get back to you" till now l still waiting for their feedback
