Delay on study material

I enrolled for a Diploma in Human Resors and practical and i paid my deposit of R 2390 in December to start my studies in January and a student adviser told me if i pay my deposit in December then it will take 21 working days for my study material to be here , on the 5 of January i called intech and they said there are 7 day left after the 7 days i phoned them again and the send and enquiry to the prosecure department they deducted R750 on the end of January and i still Haven't received feed back or received my study material and its now almost 2 months and I'm still paying my monthly instalment <br> I'm very disappointed and they take my money
