Deceptive Sales Practices and Unresolved Cancellation at Intec

I was deceived by Intec’s sales consultant, Shubnum, who assured me repeatedly that the college was stable and not in any kind of trouble. However, I later discovered that the college is actually in the process of being deregistered. I made the decision to cancel my account back in April and sent emails directly to both Shubnum and Asisipho regarding the cancellation, but to this day, I have received no confirmation or follow-up. On top of it, at the end February I submitted assignment but at the end of April they were not marked.

Instead of honoring my cancellation request, I continue to receive account statements, phone calls, and messages as if nothing has changed. This ongoing billing is frustrating, unprofessional, and feels like a complete disregard for my clear instructions to cancel. I should not have to repeatedly chase after a company to uphold a simple request.

Intec, this situation is unacceptable. I expect immediate action and a final resolution on my cancellation. I would not recommend Intec to anyone based on this experience.
