Customer Service

Customer Service - I have been e-mailing and e-mailing for month and no-one get back to you. The Accounts dept. phones me monthly to get payment but support or info doesn't respond. My daughter was very keen at the beginning, did some work then didn't get any feedback, work marked etc. so was not certain if she was on the right track. Asked for a tutor and when we followed up weeks later was told we filled in the wrong form (which they sent us). We are now very frustrated and don't want anything more to do with Intec College. I was the one that thought to use Intec as they have need around for a long time but now I only will have bad things to say and will never recommend them. I have never done a review before but enough is enough!
