Credit of Exam fee

<p>in April i registered to write my last exam on the 25th. i had a death in the family on the 23rd. i called and advised them that i cannot write. they told me to register for the june exam and they will credit it if i submit the supporting documents. TILL TODAY IM WAITING!!!!!! THEY EVEN HAVE THE NERVE TO PUT IT ON MY CREDIT RECORD. IF THIS ISNT SORTED OUT BY END OF BUSINESS TODAY> IM TAKING YOU UP LEGALLY!!! </p>
