Crashing new Students dreams

I had registered before the dead line and made arrangements to pay the registration fees and paid accordingly, and was promised that ii would have my study material within a few weeks after but no longer than 21 days, it took 3 months for me to receive my material and not even all of it. I was very upset before i had even received my study stuff i threatened that i would find another college and register with them to study my selected course. Upon the date of arrival i was off sick but retrieved it the next day, a colleague and I went through the Orientation guide and found that a password was supposed to be sent to me and i had not yet received this sms it spoke of. I then immediately emailed Karabo as she was the lady dealing with ALL my queries and i still haven't even received the slightest bit of correspondence.. It is quite upsetting that a new student or any other student needs to be treated like this. i was wonderfully excited when i found out i was able to study and then slowly but surely became despondent because it seems like I am a nuisance. I hope sincerely that this will get sorted out this way....
