CPA debt write off

student number ***. My last payment to the account was in 2011-02-12 and as prescribed it must be written off as per CPA.I need a letter that reads that's the debt has been written off. I need this letter immediately as it is needed. Please help in this regard. I've been sent from pillar to post with no assistance at all. This document is of high importance as my life and livelihood depends on it.
