course transfer horror

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent a request in May to transfer my course, no response from the college. I then went to their branch in Braamfontein as I couldnt even be belped telephonically. Student support gave me forms at the branch which I filled and were sent to the relevant department. Ever since, I got a call from one lady assuring me that my new study material will be sent in 14 days. Two months later I call and this gentle man assures me he will sort it out. I received numerous texts informing me that my quiery hs been resolved. Its August now, going into September, my my account is up to date but im getting no service for the course im paying. Im quiet sure someone will call and provide stupid-empty promises.</p>
