Course paid in full 27 Feb

I have paid my course in full 27 Feb 2015, Registration was completed 12 March was suppose to receive study material 21 Working Days after that and to Date 30 April 2015 nothing has happened. Made numerous calls and requests still no luck. What a waste of time!!!!
