course cancelled 07/10/14-still awaiting refund

i registered with intec on the 30/09/2014 and decided to cancel on the 07/10/2014.<br> <br> my forms were all completed and sent through correctly ever since then i have been calling different numbers related to intec. it feels as if i am going around in circles, how can a refund take up to 4 months. i currently am still querying this with them and not getting any positive feedback, i called today 05/02/2015 and have been told that paperwork was resubmitted yesterday and that i will have to wait 90days. it is not my problem that intec is so careless. Never again will i consider Intec or any relating institutes.
