******* institution *****ing students money.

I enrolled with Intec College in 2021 and opted for the early bird packadge with witch I paid R14 000 upfront for my 1st year. After making the payment, I struggled for 3 months to receive a student number. After receiving my student number, I logged on to my student portal, only to find that I have been given incorrect study material that are meant for a completely different course. 6 Months later and I have still not received the correct study material despite constant complaints, so I decided to deregistered with Intec and demand a full refund, as I never received the product or service that I paid for. My refund was then approved by their refund committee and my details was given through to their credit department. Another 5 months later now and I have never heard a word from Intec since. They do not reply on any of my emails and if I phone them, they ask for my details and then put the phone down. This institution is completely *******. I don't now how these ******* sleep at night, knowing they are steeling from students and are compromising peoples futures.
