Correspondence studying- A serious disaster

Good day,<br> <br> Student number ***<br> <br> I am completely disappointed in the way Intec treats their students, I enrolled for financial accounting, a 3 year course. Till this far I obtained 91. 89, 94, 79, 87. I requested updated study material- once again what a disaster. It is now a week and a half later and I finally received a answer from you guys which I am not happy on. When I enrolled you send me all the books for a 3 year course at once, knowing that the books will required updating but you send them anyway. I requested a update last year that also took me like two months to get from you guys and once again you send a update of all the books even subjects I already wrote. Now that I need updated books for my final year I need to be charged and the books you send me initially is a complete waste. I take my education seriously but obviously you guys think it is a joke because the support from you is zero.<br> I will never study with Intec again, this updating of books is just a moneymaking scheme, I settled my account of R23000 with you guys long ago. After completing this studies I will not use you guys again to go on another education venture. I will forward this to the media.
