CONTACT NUMBER DOESN'T WORK AND NO RESULTS STILL after FOUR MONTHS

Student registration number: ***!!! We have registered our daughter in January. She wrote her first exams in June. We are still waiting for 3 exam marks. They firstly put a subject on the mark sheet, stating that the answer sheet was sent in for moderation, but she did not even register for that exam! The moderated marks would have been e-mailed on 16 October after the original date was moved. But nothing is received. NO e-mails are answered and NO telephone numbers provided even rings! And that after we paid R39000 for a two year co****. She was also told that she would be able to go at her own pace, however, every time she wants to register for a subject, it is all of a sudden not open yet for registration, or it is for the next year, and so we continue. We are highly disgusted. A call from Intec College would really be appreciated!
