Which I do everyday from the time of 9am till 2pm. The call volumes is always high. I never got through once from the time of April till up and till now.

I literally spend hours on the phone I go through R90s worth of airtime PER DAY minimum.

My student advisor says I can't physically go to the institution or contact anyone.
