Completely *********** Business

<p>I have finished my course and am waiting for my award from Intec for close to a year now. I have had to phone in every other week to be told that they cannot help me. My case had been escalated in September of 2016. It is now March 2017. It's truly pathetic that you can even call that an escalation. When I phone in, I get told that "the company is big and they do not know the details of who is in charge of the escalation." Again a truly pathetic response. One of the more frustating parts to this all is the severe lack of communication. In my 6 months of waiting, with the issue on escalation, I have not recieved a single email, phone call or any form of feed back on where exactly this award is. I have been told that I cannot get the details of any person in charge or of relevance to my case and that I must simply contact the complaints department. This company plays with people's time as well as their lives, I would never recommend this institution to anyone trying to further their studies.
