Completely dissatisfied and enraged with intec colledge!!!

There is a number of issues that i am highly enraged about for an institution to claim its the leader in distance learning when it is far from it and the exact oplisite. I completed my registration and paid my full deposit for the year, submitted the application was accepted on the 28th of january since then its taken the instituation an entire month to give me a student number which i only recieved yesterday the 17th of February and was told that i should consider writing my final exmas next year june cause of the delay and time THEY took to give me my student number and needed study materials ? What bull**** is that ? I should delay my life and plans for thier delay in procedure, i write my final exams in june this year and have 6 subjects where do find the time between work and studying now cause of this? But thats not all i recieved the study materials and access to the portals yesterday and wake up this morning and i cant access it? Phone for assistance and get told i must 48hours when i had access to it the day before, why was my access removed in the first place ? The student support link on the portal doesnt even work i mean what the **** am i paying for ?
