Completed course and still waiting for my Certific

I completed my course in General Admin NQF Level4 in Nov/Dec and settled the balance. I've been phoning and phoning as to when I would receive my Certificate but its like they are dragging their feet. It was a 18mnth course and I finished it in 7 months and settled balance in order to receive my certificate sooner but to no avail. It was my first time I studied via correspondence and with the bad service received all round with Intec College I have lost my trust in studying via correspondence. It has not been pleasant at all, had many issues, made so many calls for so many problems that arised while studying with them. I'm desperately just wanted to receive my certificate that I worked so hard for.
