Complete administrative malfunction

<p>Students are still being send from pillar to post. Exam results was delayed, then results are withheld due to account in arrears. The account information couldn't be verified because accounts (Samantha) couldn't find my account on the system. </p> <p> </p> <p>My studies was paid for by my employer and I am going to advise them to reauest a refund as this is not part of the SLA. I've been advised that a "student advisor will contact you" so many times the past 9 days it is nausiating.</p> <p> </p> <p>The read report on the e-mail with my pop, registration, exam confirmation to Samantha also indicates that the "urgent" escalation in fact received no attention after the call.</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone at Intec have some substantial feedback, please post this, would love to have some real feedback.</p> <p> ********** 5200</p>
