Complaint for Refund

I have registered with Intec in 2019, requested to write exams in may 2021 and i never received assistance, i used both emails and phone calls to follow up and still never get assistance. the last time i called requesting for my fee back they told me that i will never get it because of their policy. Now i owe my company the money i didn't spend.

Intec College is a **** and id never refer anyone after the treatment i received.

I need my fees back.
