Complaint (Bad services)

I had a very bad experience with Intec College they don't respond to student queries. I reported that the memory stick that they send me was missing in an fire accident that happened early last year so can they please send me another one I will pay if I have to, so I was told that they no longer using the memory stick all documents are on student portal I must login there, I struggle to do so as they have the problem on their system so they say they will escalate their IT section to assist me I did send them the response when I tried to register on student portal because ask me to send the screenshot which I did. The course that I register for was Industrial Psychology amount was R24 165.00 which R22 000.00 was already paid so I told myself that I will not finish the balance until they sorted my query, remember I have no work to work on as I was waiting for them to solve my query Now I'm handed over with outstanding balance of R2 165.00 which I was never assisted and no Assignments nor exams took place
