COMPLAINT

I am an existing student. I have sent an assignment 4 months ago to different emails with no response or marks. WHAT PERTHETIC SERVICE received from the people they employ. Called multiple times, sent emails multiple times, and callback requests. I either get no email or stupid email days later. The people that answer the phone either transfer me in a circle or provides me with the wrong information. I missed 1 payment and not a day later get a call from their accounts team. demanding the money. WHAT ABOUT MY MARKS??????????

I am still waiting...

l have sent a complaint a week ago and only got a response today with a pathetic excuse not to actually help. How about I start paying you again when I get my marks?

TBH it seems as this is a norm for you to take people for a joke, take people's money for a joke and their future.

I WANT MY MARKS OR CANCEL THIS DAMN **** COURSE BECAUSE CLEARLY, YOU CANT KEEP YOUR STUDENTS HAPPY
