Complain

I am writing to you to complain about my Intec College. I registered myself and my Wife to Study with Intec College distance learning, after we registered we decided to Cancel our registration within 10 days. We submitted our cancellation forms at Braamfontein Johannesburg. Intec debited from my bank account, I went to Braamfontein to ask them why.

They said it is because our cancellation forms haven't reached their Head Office. They debited again. I went to their office and they said I should write an appeal. I did that and they debited my bank account, and they rep**** to say I must pay 80% of both our courses if I am not happy I must appeal. I appealed again, but seeing that it is getting out of hand I changed my bank. Now, I am listed and I cannot buy a car, house or get credit.

The is also ATLAS Finance, I do not owe them paid them in full bust when I check my Credit score it is still listed.
