College of Disappointed

I have registered with Intec College in January, paid the deposit, and haven't skipped any of the payments. I tried many times to get in touch with anyone who can help me however I have been placed on hold for 2 hours or more and haven't received any service! I received my student number after a month of waiting and still can't access threw the student portal!

I am supposed to write my matric in June and it's almost the end of March and have not received any work. This College only cares about money and will deliver no service and won't let you go anywhere!
