COLLEGE EXPECTS MONEY FROM STUDENT AFTER AN INEQUITABLE DECISION
Hello Sisters and Brothers, I have been struggling with any type of support from this college. From the 15th of March until today i'ts been a hell of a ride to just receive any response from this college. It takes this College week's, months to provide feedback, sometimes I don't even get any feedback at all like they're forgotten about my request. After 2 months of struggling to receive support from this college, I requested in the middle of May for my course to be canceled on their website to the cancellation department. On the 25th of May, I e-mailed them asking if there is any feedback. I e-mailed them again asking the same question on the 29th of May. I only received feedback on the 4th of June. I filled in the required documents and e-mailed it back to them on the 5th of June. I sent them various e-mails regarding feedback on the cancellation progress and I only received feedback yesterday after I've sent a very upsetting e-mail to them because it took them over 2 months to get back to me. Some of the committee's information given on their review on this case is incorrect. They expect me to pay an 80% cancellation fee, however, in their policy, it states after a student has sent numerous complaints regarding the student support, I am liable to request a cancellation and no fee would be expected from me. This statement is no longer available in their policy online. I, however, have a printed copy where that statement is app****. I also have all the e-mails dating from March until today for evidence. Please if someone has experienced the same situation with this College, kindly advise the steps that you took. Also if any lawyer wants to share their knowledge on the national credit act for consumers, kindly share where I stand and what my steps would be next. (I am willing to hire a lawyer) Thank you kindly.
