Change of course

Dear Intec college.

Your service is actually disgusting for a company that knows a debit order date too well. Failure to respond to my query, may i kindly get a refund, because this is purely nonsense. 2/3 weeks ago i sent a request to change my course as the Logistics Diploma is not accredited, i sent all the required documents, i have not received any feedback. I want to change to Supply Chain Management NQ5. My query should have been resolved by now, please stop wasting my time even further. Coz i need to start with the assignments.
