Certificate Nightmare!!!

To whom it may concern, If it actually concerns anyone!<br> <br> After numerous attempts of calling and emailing, I have now reached my limit of patience!<br> <br> I have asked on numerous occasions to speak to someone with regards to getting my N2 certificate sent to me! Fair enough, it was over ten years ago, But still, NO ONE is willing to help me!<br> <br> I expect this matter to be resolved quickly, or I will take the necessary action!<br> <br>
