cant cancel *** after nearly 4 weeks

Not happy with Intec's service and turnaround time, 1stly their virtual campus is always offline and not working, 2ndly the call agents are not helpful, 3rdly I finally asked to cancel everything bcz I was not getting any joy with dealing with them.

Their turnaround time for cancellations is 2 to 3 weeks yet after nearly 4 weeks am still getting run-arounds to cancel for student ********** 6625, although I have sent the cancellation forms and all the necessary documents on the 17.04.2018 . Instead I got a statement to say I owe but the call agent(Craig) said my account is up to date and that the statement was a system error but intec is failing to cancel the agreement.
