Cannot get information after completing a diploma

After completing a diploma with Intec 2 years ago, I've enrolled at a University and have been trying to get a credit transfer. All I asked of Intec has been the curriculum for 3 of my courses and if they couldn't give me that, the study material they sent me 5 years ago in digital form, which should be a small admin matter for them, but for 2 months I've been bounced around by what is effectively the sales team which is labeled an information team, despite weekly requests from my side - it feels that their only priority is new business and their follow up support of students ends at sending out exam timetables.
