Cancellations of my Studies since 2021

Hi Intec Team, I cancelled my studies in 2021 and i havent received any help since then. I have been cailling, writing emails and lastly requesting to pay the last cancelation fee balance so that i dont owe the college any amount, now this is affect my credit score and also no one is responding to my queries please can you assist urgently.
