Cancellations Not Attended To

I have sent in my deregistration forms more than 2 weeks ago. And nothing is being communicated.

After having seen several people complain about their cancellation not being processed I have a feeling that my deregistration will be delayed, if ever attended to.

I literally will not be able to afford attending at this instituation anymore.

Take people's deregistrations and cries seriously. Have the one or two people that seem to be handling cancellations get through this "backlog" because I'm very tired of hearing this excuse.

MY FAMILY AND I ARE SUFFERING. AS AN ENTITY YOU NEED TO DO BETTER IN EVERY SINGLE ASPECT IMAGINABLE.
